Topic: Agile part 2

Standup meeting in agile will keep track of the project. Big companies and the government tends to avoid agile and prefer traditional way which is bit slow but safe. The layer of managerment (crus of managemnet) will challenge the project. Agile requires infrastructure to help each project develops. The the agile don't put priorioty on cost.

In agile, no scope is set.

PRL (Prioritise requirements lists)  is different from WBS. BADs, SADs, DADs. 

Exams: BADs, SADs, DADs.

Presenstations: 8 miniutes, max 6 slides.

Second topic: Ethics

Example was the buggerly brakes in a a they don't think they are gonna caught. Moral includes himself in process of think such as religions. Moral and ethics are different.
