New employee needs to be onboarded. Can you just send a Telegram Message? You certainly can with help of Telegram Bot Connector and Power Automate.
1.1 A new record is created in the Employee Onboarding SharePoint List.
1.2 The bot sends a Telegram message with details from the SharePoint record.
2.1 New SharePoint list. Rename Title column to Name and add two more text column: Job Title and Office Location
2.2 Create a new flow with SharePoint Trigger. When an item is created. Select site and list from the dropdown. Give flow a name too.
2.3 Add condition. Check if JobTitle is equal to Consultant. Only when the new employee is Consultant, will it notify via Telegram.
2.4 Find Telegram Bot Send Message action.
2.5 Enter the Bot token, Chat ID, and Text. In the text, I am sending Title (Name), Job Title and Office Location as well. Select from the dynamic content pane as required.
