1. finder - vmware
2. open - file - new
3. create custom vm
4. select windows 2012
5. create a new virtual disk
6. customise vm settings
7. add  cd/ dvd drive
8. tick 'connect' box
9. drop down - choose a disk
10. see marshall to get ISO
11. start vm - screen shots needed

Q1. What features to be explained in user manual?
- Installation window sever 2012 R2, adding IP address, setting host name, AD DS – whole process including domain controller

Q2. Which group of people are going to be trained by this manual?
- Cert 4 student. basic lever of knowledge with operation system

Q3. What is the technical spec of target devices?
- Meet at least Minimum requirement

Q4. How much the target audience know about server?
- Don’t know much about it. Should explain about technical terms as well

Q5. What is the size of screenshot in manual?
- Less than a quarter – use picture for only key parts

Q6. How many pictures do we need in manual?
- Only for key parts, not every single step

Q7. Is there any style guide for format?
- There is no specific style. Including basic style such as cover page, page number, table of context page. Use professional language. Good range of glossary. Company logo at cover page – google it
