agile method is more short time framded compared to traditional way.

Try to every method available.

PERT estimation is sum up  6 opinion and get result from it.

A task which isn't on critical path is called slack.

 

Week 4 Wed Workshop

 

Estimate each time of the tasks

1.            Go to an ECU coffeeshop and buy a large sized Soy-Flat white coffee - 15 Minutes

2.            Go to level 3 of the ECU library and find a book on fenacling - 20 Minutes

3.            Go to Building 1 at ECU and pay a $100 Parking fine

4.            Study and revice the week 4 CSG2344 lecture slides

5.            Eat lunch outside sitting on a bench

6.            Go to Building 21 and purchase a can of Redbull from a vending machine on level 3

 

Order

Go to Building 21 and get a can of Redbull (Task 6, 15 minutes). With a can of Redbull, go to library and have a lunch at nearby bench (Task 5, 30 minutes). After that, go to level 3 of the ECU library and find a book on Fenacling and revise week 4 CSG2344 (Task 2 and 4, 10 minutes and 20 minutes). Go to Building 1 cafe and order a large sized Soy-Flat white coffee. While the coffee is made, go to payment departure and pay $100 fine (Task 1 and Task 3, 20 minutes and 10 minutes).
