Open network and sharing center - change advanced sharing setting - turn on every setting
change adapter setting - right click - properties - ipv4
IP address - 192.168.10.1
Subnet mask (automatic) - 255.255.255.0
Default gateway - 192.168.0.1

Cliient setting
same as server setting except ipv4 setting
IP address - 192.168.10.2
Subnet mask (automatic) - 255.255.255.0
Default gateway - 192.168.0.1

now its connected each other, we can check weather its really connnected by command line. start + E and type cmd. type ping 192.168.10.1 if on client and type ping 192.168.10.2 if on server.
