1. Install Wireshark

Click Ethernet adapter that you connected to Host/Server.

Click Skip this and use my existing email at the bottom left.

Put username and password. I put one of client account as this is client side. To do faster, click continue and click Manual config.

Type mail.contoso,com instead of contoso.com at both incoming and outgoing. and press Re-test

The process should be done shortly. press Done when finish.

Ignore warning window. Click Done.

Test an email admin to jdoe.

Jdoe received email.

Go back to wireshark, and Edit - View packet and type part of email content.

So you can easily fine the entire email

Also, username and password as well.

To encrypt email. install Gpg4win.

After that, click right-top setting and click Add-ons.

Click the cog and click Install Add-on From File...

Select Enigmail file that you downloaded.

Click Install Now

After enigmail and restart thunderbird, click menu button and Enigmail is added to menu.

Click Enigmail - Setup Wizzard

Leave default setting and click next.

After installation, Put passphrase(password) for your email encryption.

After encryption, you need to make revocation certificate. This is your private key and shouldn't give to other person.

For the encryption, you need to send your public key. click Attach My Public Key at top.

The receiver can read email and right click the attachment and click Import Open PGP Key.

Confirmation. Click Yes.

Process done. From now on, you can sand encrypted message to admin@contoso.com

The little paddle lock icon on left-top has enabled and means it's encrypted.

Same as receiver. paddle lock icon means it's secured email.

Using wireshark can't grab information from it.
