ASIO4ALL - program to use multiple DAC

ASIO4ALL change WDM (Windows Driver Model) audio to ASIO that we can use multiple WDM at once.

When we record multiple channel of line at once like band instrument or podcast, audio mixer is used. For example, Behringer 1202 PA Mixer 12 Channel has 12 channel input and able to change individual channel. But it cost a bit, in this case, $152.

As I'm not professional and don't want to spend that much money on there, I think multiple cheap DAC (Digital Analog Converter) that have 3.5 mm input and output with USB interface. But in Adobe audition, It only able to control one DAC at one time. So install ASIO4ALL helps a lot. In theory, you can add USB headset and use inbuilt 3.5 mm but inbuilt one can't detected easily.

1. Plug multiple DAC to your PC/laptop caution that using USB hub may not recognised when power isn't enough or controller isn't fast enough.

2. Install ASIO4ALL and select it from audition.

3. In ASIO4ALL configuration, go to advanced mode and activate DACs you want.

4. Allocate each channel with each DAC and start record. The recording will be saved in project directory individually.
