It's been a 5 month after I work at Domino's pizza West Perth. Right after I started to study at TAFE, I was looking for part time job that I can to after TAFE which is after 5 p.m. till late. When I studied in Kaplan international english school, I used to have lunch there. As I saw a job advertisment titled e-bike delivery, there was a phone call about a week later after I apply. Once I finish short interview with manage, I jump in to domino's work.

Main work
The job name that I applied is e-bike delivery. So that mainly I go for delivery but instore management as well. The basic concept is ready for any delivery order and do other stuff when it's free. There is a typical works that devided by time period.
First, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Normally quite few order both delivery and pick up. there is lunch peak which is between 12 a.m. to 1p.m.. When free, prepare food ingredient called 'prep'. Once the ordered food is delivered, we open it up and put in to small container so that we can use it for pizza. In this process, there is no use of kinfe or other dangerous tool. Some of them is canned and need to be opened with can opener. After put in to container, labeling is needed. There is a machine that print a sticker to put on container. This contain open date, useage until and name of food. It's very easy to use. And than, making dough is done when needed. I can't do this time often because of TAFE.
Second, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.. The dinner peak time. Both pickup and delivery order is done in this time. very busy but it's not hard. The manage is changed to another manager at this time. The delivery time very from distance, 5 minutes to 40 minutes. Normally 20 minutes, but you don't need to speed on the road beacuse they are not allowed to do so. Take it easy and ride. Take plot(wallet) when you got unpaid delivery.
Third and at last, 8 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. As the time goes on, the prequency of order keep decrease. From this time, worker ready for closing. Although we have half an hour after store closes, but it's not enough for anything.
The order actually dosen't matter but there is a certain order I used to do. First, clean the make line, cold room, dough area, and customer's area. Simply spray and wipe it over. Easy. By the time that, do the dishes. The container used to put food, the pizza pan and other utensil we used need to be cleaned. at the and, swipe, scrup, squeeze and mop the floor is needed.  Quite anoying part of this job. And charging bike in necessary after use.
